DO I DESERVE TO BE WITH THEM

During my days at IMS, Olakha I met with so many new friends. And one was Mr. Cheki Dorji who never shuts his mouth like a shooting diarrhea and I bet girls not to stay with him or else you would get old very soon with wrinkles due to huge laughs. At first he was to become a MD of cheki multi-studio at Thimphu which never got setup. Soon the presentation day and everyone was taken by surprise that MD of cheki multi-studio turned to become a Restaurant owner at Nganlam. Then he would never stop chewing Dhoma and sing like Samsung super singer in the class but found out that he would never be able to sing with tracks.
Another friend of mine, Mrs. Pema Zangmo who will be soon catering and owning a Dream Garden Restaurant at Kawajangsa is a mother of two and would never stop talking offsets and entertain. Sometimes she would call me for a lift from her place to class. With a huge smile on her face she never was bored. And despite her talkative nature the owner of Sonam Kid Care Centre, Mrs. Sonam Choden would accompany her and support her which in relation they were cousins.
Next, Mr. SonamZangpo, who is going to setup a tour agent for foreigner and in-country agays and angays is a man with hopes and inspiration who has dreamt his future and started to work on that. He would be accompanied by Mr. Gyembo Dorji, a graduate whose dreams are to become a businessman and with a project of setting up Organic Farm for the benefit of people of Bhutan. He is so silent that every boy and girl hesitates to talk to him. He never talks and never breaks the law but soon or later after having Three to Four Pegs of Special Courier (Brandy Whisky) his speech flows like a river.
How can we forget Mr. Karma Choidup, a businessman who is a contractor and now hoping to serve Bhutan and its people with motor car water servicing at Olakha. Named him as Rangthang, he never talks in English and he would never leave his beloved three friends sitting near to him. Always with a smile on his face most of the times he turns up late in the class. And late during our dinner it was him who never left getting attracted towards SANTABARBARA (port wine) where he was trying for the first time. Accompanying him was Mrs. Kinley Om, going to be the owner of Beauty parlor and SPA. And her friend Mrs. Wangdi Bidha who wants to start a Tailoring at thimphu. Wangdi Bidha never drinks wine but she would never leave her friends. It was her who was sitting idle with drunker till 11.30PM.
Then there is Mr. Amit Jasai who is also a graduate and at present who is going to start a partnership business of Floriculture and named it BBTECH. Being alone at home he never fails drinking after class and he has helped most of the trainees setting up and writing their plans. And I should call him my driving guide. It was he who guides me on the road where to turn and in which way to move. His business partner, Mrs. Wangmo who is also a graduate can be simply termed as ‘A girls of hidden talent’. With fluent English and spectacle she would deliver long entertaining speeches but I never knew that she would drink to her throat. A great dancer and with Spanish look she just keeps on filling up with wine and brandy. And at last it was Mr. Amit who had to reach her home safe.
Mrs. Deki Yangzom, who will own a Saloon at Paro town, is apple of most guys at IMS. At first she seemed to be so silent and simple. Mr. Tharka, MD of Jow Durshing(black mountain) Adventure was first to propose her but the time seems bad for him. Next Mr.Dechen Norbu, MD of SPA followed by TikaRam, Cheki Dorji, Rinchen and many. I would just go on teasing her with our instructors falling in love with her. Mrs. Deki would turn up with Apple MAC laptop on her table and NOKIA E81 mobile phone letting friends fall for her without herself being unnoticed. She is another singer who can sing to track and entertain with a clear childish voice but she never quits drinking.
And so called Mr. Dechen Norbu, who will soon be the owner and MD of SPA at thimphu is serious and damn super girls killer. For him its just come and go for money and girls. From no where he would start dialling a number and start proposing in calls and yet he is so lucky that everytime he dials the number it always is a spinster ready to mingle. He would carry a Fujitsu laptop full of trojan and bkk virus in that and he has distributed all the virus to IMS team and lab. This is the way he thanks his friends and remember. Mr. Tharka, presently working at Namgay Heritage and going to be MD of M/s Jow Durshing (Black Mountain) speaks Japanese, Italian, French, German, Hindi, Kheng, Bumthap, and lots to mention. Mr. Rinchen Dukpa who is a VTI graduate by profession will be soon seen at Thimphu with door to door service in electrical and electronics repair, petty contract and other sanitary works. He never talks and never fails to drink even during class hours. During presentation he already had 4pegs of Black mountain whiskey to get confidence while presenting. Bani Shankar, who is a taxi driver at present, is planning for poultry farm. He would pick and drop most of the classmates to the institute and home.
I have lots of friends to mention and list would just go on. Those were my friends who have touched me and love to be with them always.

Girls’ u better doesn’t fall for Him. He is our Instructor and married. Mr. Kezang Wangchuk Wangdi, who graduated from Sherubtse and at present a faculty of Institute for Management Studies is indeed a younger to me but has a thought, brain, knowledge far better than us. He is an instructor who can depend and frankly speak or ask. I thought he never minds but at onetime someone from class has told that he has a partiality and know what… he was even to reject the business plan. If it was me I would have kicked that person out of the class. Thanks that we never had that person in our class when it was about to end and thanks that Sir has more understanding and greater thoughts than them. I would grately apologize on behalf of the class and in our life it just happens unexpected. Mr. Kezang’s business rule of “Customers are always right” if customers are wrong refer rule no.1’ was the most touching and funniest law and that will be always remembered. During lunch and break time we used to order coffee, lunch and snacks for ourselves and billed upon us but it would be paid by Mr. Kelzang without our knowledge and we would just sneak out feeling uneasy to thank as we ordered a lot and billed him too much. Having an Instructor like our friend is something which we would have never deserved. We were very lucky to have him instructing us and sharing his time with us. If you want to be friend with him then please don’t forget to stock Tiger Beer ‘cause this is his Brand. It was one of the most remembered times with Mr.Kezang Wangchuk Wangdi. We wish you all the best in everything you do and hoping that you would keep the same spirit and let us feel proud that you have taught us and have lived our days happily with you.
I have met you, I have live with you, I have enjoyed with you and do always keep in touch. You all have made my days so interesting and proud to be your friend. Love you all.

  3. Wow. I forgot to write about myself and you did it there. Yea I was late in the class and was accompanied by Mr. langa of MOLHR to the class and later I came to know that our mates felt that I was one of the employment and labour officer until the next day i introduced. I did hear saying he has cut his hair. And you know what, It really was so lonely at first. Ya you mentioned it there, it was wonderful being with pema, sonam and the class. Later we were joined by Cheki.
I just miss those days. Wished if we knew before. had a great time.
